I’m Joan, and I support Professional Photographers and Audio and Visual artists by providing reliable administrative, communication, and coordination support. As a freelancer, helping these creative professionals manage the practical side of their work so they can stay focused on producing strong visual and narrative projects.

My role centres on organisation, client liaison, and workflow management. I help ensure projects move forward smoothly, communication stays clear, and opportunities are handled professionally.

Before moving into the creative sector, I built a long career in banking and retail administration. These roles required accuracy, organisation, and consistent client service. I now apply those skills to support Professional Photographers, along with Audio and Visual storytellers, in managing the operational side of their practices.

Alongside my professional work, I continue to develop my own understanding of photography and visual storytelling. I regularly attend workshops and field trips to expand my technical knowledge and creative awareness. This helps me better understand the working needs of the photographers and artists I support.

As an Audio and Visual Coordinator, I provide structured support that helps creative professionals stay organised and responsive while maintaining focus on their creative output.
